This is just insane! So literally within five minutes' worth of work and research, I have found the opportunity to make over four thousand dollars. Today I will be showing you exactly how you can earn hundreds, if not thousands of dollars with this easy method, and all it takes is just a few minutes of research. With that said let's begin. So this amazing money-making opportunity is simply finding expired domain names that people have either decided not to renew or simply forgot to renew. And the crazy thing is, they probably don't even realize how much their now expired domain name is actually worth. Some of these domains can be worth tens of thousands of dollars. In fact, recently I found one that was worth 73 000 but as you can imagine that was purchased relatively quickly by someone and now that same domain name is being sold as a premium domain at over one hundred thousand dollars. So what I will do is show you a few examples shortly and who knows maybe they're still available for you to snap up before someone else does. So your step one is heading over to expireddomains.net This website loads up hundreds if not thousands of expired domains daily. Once you've found your way to expireddomains.net your step 2 is heading over to this section over here, being deleted domains. On this page, you'll be able to see that it currently has over 1.2 million domains listed and if you had to sign up for a free account you'll be able to see all of the 446 million domains that they have listed on this website. That's a huge amount of domain names to choose from. This listing by default filters for domain names that have expired within the last seven days. One key thing to notice, on the right-hand side you'll be able to see the status for each one of these domains, it either says available or it says registered. This already tells you which domain names have already been snapped up and purchased by someone since they became available for purchase. Just bear in mind that this website does have a slight delay so you might see the status of available, however, that domain name could have been purchased on that given day, in which case the status will only update in a few hours or possibly the following day. 


So save yourself some time going through all of these domains and just focus on the ones with the status of available. On this listing it provides you with further detail, obviously the domain name, it shows you the number of backlinks it has, it shows you the year that this domain was registered, it tells you when it was actually dropped, so not renewed and it gives you ideas of similar domain names, etc. So it provides a fair amount of information for you to use at your disposal. So the first domain that we're looking at is called homes.

link You can see that it was registered back in 2018 and it only has two backlinks on this domain name. It's currently available as it was released today. Now with a domain name like homes. link, this could be a great domain name to sell onto a real estate company, a real estate agent, or anyone in the property industry. And it's always a good thing to try and find a slightly older domain name, so the earlier that it was registered the more valuable it seems to be. This could be due to several factors given the name of the domain name it could be, its backlinks, it could even just be the type of search volume that particular name could get. 

Step number three is to take the domain name from that listing and go and determine a value for it. You can use two possible resources for that, the first website you can use is called pc. domains. All you need to do is plug in your domain name over here, click go and it'll provide a value for that domain. The next available resource you can use is Godaddy. They have a specific section on their website where they give you a domain value appraisal. Again, all you need to do is enter your domain name over here and say get value. So let's work through a few examples here to determine the valuation of a particular domain name. On this listing, we've obviously got the one that we're looking at earlier but let's take a look at this one, photography.ar, 


when I plug that domain name into pc.domains it provides an estimated price of a thousand eight hundred and sixty-five dollars. Now that's a really good price for this domain name and that's probably based on the keyword of photography. Now if you're unsure if this is an accurate value or not, as I say, go over to Godaddy as well and get the value appraisal from there. I plugged it in and it came up with a dollar value of 1282 US dollars, so it's slightly less than the other one but you can still see that it's a very close valuation between the two websites. So it does give you a very good idea of what that domain name is valued at. You can continue doing this for as many domain names as you want. I'll go through a few more examples now. Another domain name found on the listing is weddingservices.ru and it's valued at two thousand one hundred dollars.

 Another domain name is spectrumstudio.ru and it's valued at two thousand three hundred and seventy-eight dollars, and obviously the one we were looking at earlier being homes. link, you can see that its estimated price is sitting at 4145, so that's a really good amount for this domain name. Looking for another one here, we've got a boutique. pe, so this is probably a great name for a clothing business or something of that sort. Looking at the valuation for it, the estimated price is sitting at three thousand one hundred and fifty-six dollars. 


Another one I found in yoga. pe, which as you can imagine it's got a great keyword in there being yoga and it's valued at four thousand and seventy-five dollars and the highest valuation I found so far and I probably searched through maybe 15 domains names were dental. ar and an estimated price of 4509. And if you're unsure of that valuation again, try Godaddy and you'll see the valuation there. So this one's four thousand five hundred dollars, Godaddy I plugged it in there and we've got four thousand four hundred and eleven dollars so it's extremely close between the two websites. So you know that this valuation for this domain is definitely over that four thousand dollar mark. And a great thing to do when searching for these domain name values is to take screenshots of these values. 


That way when you get a possible purchaser you can present these screenshots to them and they can see that there are two reputable companies, if not more depending on how many you use, that you can say here's the value for this, I'm not lying, this is what they say the value is. This allows you to present a face value number to the person so they can see in black and white what it could be valued at. Step number four now is the time to find out if that domain name is still available for purchase and if it is, buy it. There are many different registrars out there from Godaddy, Hostgator, you name it, there are so many. One that I've got in front of me here is Namecheap, this is one I've been using for years and I've had no issues with them whatsoever. As you're searching for the domain name all you need to do is plug it in over here and hit search. And as we can see here, one that we found earlier is homes.


link this you can purchase for 4.88. So the cost of this domain name will be less than five bucks for you but you have the potential to earn over four thousand dollars from this domain name and all it costs you is less than five bucks. And ladies and gents, even if you sell this domain name for 200 bucks you've still made so much more than your five bucks of buying it. Even if you give the purchaser a 50 percent discount and sell it at 2 000, look at the return on investment 5 vs 2 000 it's a no-brainer. Then of course let's take a look at this great keyword domain name being dental. ar 

the estimated price was four thousand five hundred and nine dollars, Godaddy had a very similar one of four thousand four hundred and eleven dollars, now let's see how much it is if it's available to purchase. On this given website where we can register that particular .ar domain name, they have a cost price here of 59 dollars. So your cost price will be 59 dollars and you have the potential of making 4 500 on this domain. That's a massive profit guy!


 Step number five is now finding a place to list your domain name so that you can sell it to someone. The biggest and probably the most well-known website that you can sell digital real estate, whether it be websites, online businesses, domain names, you name it, that site is called flippa.com This website generates an absolute ton of traffic so if you're looking to sell your domain name in the quickest time possible, this is the website for you. One thing to note with flippa is that there will be a cost to list your item. So if you're looking at the listing fees for it, it'll cost you 10 bucks to list your domain name, which isn't really that bad considering the amount of traffic that you'll be able to get on your listing. If you don't want to pay for a listing and you want a free option then here are a few alternatives for you. One option can be above.com this is a domain portfolio manager. 


In essence, what you do is you create an account here, you'll then list your domain on this website and they'll go about basically selling it for you. Bear in mind if they're doing some work they're going to take some commission on the sale, and if you hover over the marketplace you can see that there's a 10 percent commission for it, everything else is free. Another option for you is afternic.com All you need to do is come over here to list your domain name, or even in the top right corner where you say sell the domain, and you can list it here. They even provide you agent appraisals for your web domain so you can provide another valuation or possibly a valuation certificate to your purchaser. Your next possible option is namepros.com This is a forum-type website where you're able to list your domain to sell. It has a whole bunch of different threads over here but all you need to do is go to the selling area over here, once at this section and you've created your account, you'll be able to list your domain name for an auction, a fixed price or even an area where people can make an offer to you.


Another option to use is sedo.com All you need to do is come over to sell domains here and list your item for sale. And back to one of the websites we're on earlier being namecheap.com you can move over to domains here and click on the marketplace, on this particular marketplace is where you can list your domain name for sale and you can see you can list it for auction or a straight-up buy now option. And yes, your eyes are not playing games with you, this domain name is being sold for one million dollars. Here is one at five hundred thousand dollars. 

So you can see the money that can be made on these domain names is really really good. And if you can't find a preferred place to sell your domain name, when in doubt, you can even head over to eBay and list your domain name for sale there. There are so many other options out there to sell your domain name, all you need to do is pick one and go for it. So as you can see guys such a simple thing to do.
